Windows Live Essentials beta 安装时出现 错误代码：0×80040609，如下图：
导致原因：Windows 防火墙 没有开启
解决方案：启用 Windows 防火墙
1. 控制面板 – 系统和安全 – Windows 防火墙 – 自定义设置 – 启用 Windows 防火墙 – 确定
2. 再次安装 Windows Live Essentials beta
