周六比较不忙，就帮助理检验一下她翻译的“SHIPPING ORDER”，
结果发现，问题还真不少，不过，有许多也是我以前没有注意到的！
整理一下跟大家一起分享！

1) Name and Full Address
这个应该很简单吧，但是经常会把FULL ADDRESS翻译成“齐全地址”或是“全部地址”，理解上是没有错，
但是从中文的阅读习惯上来讲，翻译成“完整地址”应该是最OK的！

2) Consignee (Name And Full Address)
(Non-Negotiable unless consigned "To Order")
第一句太简单的，不至于会出错，关键是第二句
正确的意思是“不可流通除非收货人做成凭指示”
这句非常关键的，许多国际案件，都是因为B/L上是否有这一句面决定胜或负。

3) Number and Types of Package 包装类型和数量
Number of original B/L B/L正本数量
[这里的NUMBER到底应该是数量还是编号呢？正确的应该是“数量”]

4) SERVICE CODE服务代码
? CY-CY 场到场 
? CY-CFS 场到站
? CFS-CY 站到场
? CFS-CFS 站到站
? Fumigation 熏蒸
? Survey 商检
这几个也比较常见，也比较简单，关键是在Fumigation和Survey上。

5) All bookings are subject to the rules and regulations of the Applicable Tariff and the Applicable Bill of Lading and to ship's arrival with space available.
所登记的资料必须遵守对应关税、对应提单及目的港政府的相关规定
[三个AND慢慢分析也就很容易了]

6) Copy of the Applicable Bill of Lading may be obtained on application from the issuer of this Shipping Order or its Agents at their office or from the master onboard.
对应提单的复本应由订舱公司或他们的代理或船东提供给申请方
[Applicable在这里可以是“对应”的意思；the issuer of this Shipping Order翻译成“订舱公司”；the master onboard翻译成“船东”]

7) If the Applicable Bill of Lading is not issued by the issuer of this Shipping Order, the terms and conditions of the Applicable Bill of Lading shall apply as if the Applicable Bill of Lading is issued by the issuer of this Shipping Order.
如果对应提单不是由订舱公司签发, 那么提单的条款必须与订舱公司签发的条款一致

8) The Applicable Bill of Lading will not be signed admitting Goods to be of a valuable nature unless the value is declared to the issuer of this Shipping Order, its Agents at the time of issue of a special Shipping Order for this purpose.
除非货值已向订舱公司申报，否则将不签发带正常商品货值的提单。此时，将由代理为此签发一份特殊订舱单
[at the time和this purpose确认清楚也就比较容易分清前后关系了]

9) Shippers are respectfully requested to note that NO SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS OR CONDITIONS can be recognised by the issuer of this Shipping Order or attended to by the officer-in-charge, unless initialled by the issuer of this Shipping Order or its Agents.
除非订舱公司或指定代理起初提出，或者装船人必须认可对订舱公司及船长的操作“没有特殊指示或条件”
[这句话确实是有点难度，暂时先这样理解吧，如果有最新最专业的翻译方法，再更正]

10) The issuer of this Shipping Order is not responsible for any Goods being shut out after official CFS closing time. For safety measures, all Goods stored in our CFS must be insured against fire and water damage.
订舱公司对官方堆场关门后未封的任何货物不负任何责任。为安全起见, 所有存放在我们堆场的货物必须投保火险及水险

11) The issuer of this Shipping Order reserve the right to refuse accepting Goods, which it considers unsuitable for shipment.
若货物被认为不适合装运,订舱公司保留有拒收货物的权利
